Secure ageing:
The MILLESIME250B cellar has a triple-glazed door with ‘low-e’ glass for exceptional insulation, as well as a lock. This cellar is equipped with a remote monitoring system that allows you to receive alerts on a smartphone or tablet in the event of temperature changes, replacement of carbon filters, or if a door has been left open.
Temperature control:
This single-zone wine cellar is designed for ease of use and convenience. It features electronic control and an LCD thermometer, as well as a Vinotag app for remote, real-time monitoring of your collection. What's more, the app will help you organise your bottles for optimum arrangement and a harmonious temperature inside the cellar.

The cellars in the range are equipped with 6 solid, decay-resistant sapelli wood shelves that can slide out to allow storage upside down or with a view of the wine bottle labels. This method of storage is ideal for preserving wine over the long term.

For discerning wine lovers, the MILLESIME250B ageing wine cellar is the top-of-the-range storage solution that reproduces the optimal conservation conditions of a natural wine cellar. It can store up to 248 bottles in a single zone, with a temperature range of 5°C to 20°C and offers an elegant and practical storage solution.
Accessories included:
The wine cellar is equipped with 3 solid sapele sliding shelves for storing bottles in an upside-down position and 3 sliding shelves for horizontal storage. These shelves can be easily moved to provide flexible organisation to suit your needs. Sapelli shelves are renowned for their vibration-absorbing properties, ensuring optimum wine storage with minimal risk of disturbance. They also ensure even air circulation, providing effective ventilation and a stable temperature throughout the cellar.
Thanks to its adjustable feet, the wine cellar can be placed on any flat surface. The wine cellar's 2 castors make it easy to move around, which is handy if you need to reorganise or clean it. Thanks to its activated carbon filter, the cellar ensures clean air circulation inside to preserve the quality of your wine. The presence of the LED light and digital LCD thermometer will make it easier to monitor your wine and enhance your storage experience.
Hygrometry:
For successful wine ageing, it is imperative to monitor the hygrometry and maintain a controlled humidity level between 50% and 80%, to prevent corks from drying out and damaging the quality of the wine.
Silent, controlled cooling system:
The integrated stirred cooling system and compressor ensure a uniform temperature throughout the cellar, avoiding temperature fluctuations that can alter the quality and taste of the wine. What's more, this system guarantees stable humidity that preserves the corks and prevents the wine from oxidising. What's more, it operates at a reduced noise level, ensuring optimum conservation of your wine collection without disturbing the sound environment.
Enhanced security:
The MILLESIME250B cellar features visual and audible alarms that can be activated directly, as well as programmed remotely via the Vinotag app.
The cellar is fitted with a grey, triple-glazed low-e glass door with lock and integrated UV filter, which protects bottles of wine from harmful UV rays to preserve their quality and flavour. To lock the control panel, a child safety system is also present, not forgetting the anti-vibration system.
