The MILLESIME200B cellar has a high-quality triple-glazed door with ‘low-e’ glass for extremely effective insulation, as well as a lock. These cellars are equipped for remote control and can send notifications to a smartphone or tablet in the event of a change in temperature, replacement of carbon filters or if a door has been left open.
Temperature control :
The MILLESIME200B single-zone wine cellar is designed for practical, easy use. It features electronic control and an LCD thermometer, as well as a Vinotag app that lets you monitor the contents of your cellar remotely and in real time. What's more, the app will help you organise your wine collection for optimum arrangement and even temperature inside the cellar.
Wine register management :
The MILLESIME200B wine cellar stands out for its innovative connected features. You can monitor and manage your bottle inventory remotely using the Vinotag application, which also gives you the option of viewing the location of your bottles and receiving immediate alerts about stock and peak dates.
Premium equipment:
The cellars in the range are equipped with 5 solid, decay-resistant sapelli wood shelves that can slide out to allow storage upside down or with visibility of wine bottle labels. This method of storage is ideal for preserving wine over the long term.

Capacity :
MILLESIME200B is a top-of-the-range ageing wine cellar designed to offer an elegant and practical storage solution for discerning wine lovers. With a storage capacity of up to 204 bottles in a single zone, it reproduces the optimal conservation conditions of a natural wine cellar, with a temperature range of 5°C to 20°C.
Accessories included:
The wine cellar has 3 solid sapele shelves for storing bottles in an upside-down position, as well as 2 multi-position shelves for optimising storage capacity (upside-down storage) or for displaying labels (side storage). This gives you great flexibility when it comes to showcasing your wines. The shelves are sliding and have a safety device to prevent them from tipping over. Sapelli shelves are renowned for their ability to absorb vibrations, ensuring optimum preservation of the wine and reducing the risk of turbidity. They also ensure even air circulation for effective ventilation and a stable temperature throughout the cellar.
The feet can be adjusted to adapt to variations in floor level and moved easily thanks to the castors on the cellar. To preserve the quality of your wine, the cellar is also equipped with an active carbon filter to ensure clean air circulation inside. The digital LCD thermometer lets you check the temperature of your wine without having to open the wine cellar door.
Humidity :
To maximise the ageing of the wine, it is crucial to control humidity by maintaining a level between 50% and 80%, to prevent the corks from drying out and preserve the quality of the wine.
Silent, controlled cooling system:
This wine cellar is equipped with a stirred cooling system and a compressor that ensures a uniform temperature throughout the cellar, avoiding temperature fluctuations that can alter the quality and taste of the wine. This system also guarantees stable humidity, preserving the corks and preventing oxidation of the wine. What's more, the system operates silently to guarantee optimum conservation of your wine collection without any disturbing noise, at 38 decibels.
Enhanced security:
The visual and audible alarms on the cellar can be activated directly if necessary, and can be programmed remotely in real time via the Vinotag app.
The cellar also has an anti-vibration system to protect the contents from any shocks that could damage them. The cellar's grey triple-glazed low-e glass door with lock and integrated UV filter protects bottles of wine from harmful UV rays, preserving their quality and flavour. What's more, a child lock is included to lock the control panel.
