The CLV254M2 ageing wine cellar reproduces the conservation conditions of a natural cellar. Its technology meets the essential requirements of long-term storage and ageing of wine. This ageing wine cellar respects the "5 golden rules of ageing", which are essential if the wine is to deliver all the expected taste qualities: stable temperature, regulated hygrometry, anti-vibration system, air renewal system and protection against light.
