Secure aging:
The MILLESIME150 cellar features a triple-glazed, low-e glass door to provide high performance insulation, as well as a lock. These cellars can be remotely controlled, which allows you to receive alerts on a smartphone or tablet in the event of temperature variations, the need to change the charcoal filter, or the door being left open.
Temperature control:
This single zone wine cellar is ideal for easy and convenient use. It features electronic control and an LCD thermometer, as well as a Vinotag app for remote, real-time monitoring of your contents. The app will also help you organize your bottles for optimal arrangement and temperature harmony inside the cellar.
Inventoru management:
The connected features of the MILLESIME150 wine cellar contribute to the exceptional wine storage experience. You can remotely monitor your bottle inventory using the Vinotag app. The app also allows you to locate your bottles and instantly alert you to your bottles' peak dates and other inventory information.

Offering an exceptional view of your collection, the integrated LED side lighting adds a modern and sophisticated touch to your wine cellar, highlighting each bottle for an elegant presentation and allowing you to observe every detail with precision.
The cellars in the range are equipped with 4 solid, decay-resistant sapele wood shelves that can be slid out to allow storage upside down or with visibility of the wine labels. This method of storage is ideal for preserving wine over a long period of time.

Capacity:
The MILLESIME150 aging wine cellar is a high-end solution for wine storage that reproduces the optimal preservation conditions of a natural wine cellar. It offers a storage capacity of up to 149 bottles in a single zone, with a temperature range of 5°C to 20°C.
Accessories included:
The wine cellar is equipped with 2 solid sapele wood shelves that allow bottles to be stored in an upside-down position, as well as 2 multi-position shelves to optimise storage capacity (upside-down storage) or to promote the display of labels (sideways storage). This offers great flexibility to showcase your wines.
The shelves are sliding and have a safety device to prevent them from tipping over. Sapelli shelves are known for their ability to absorb vibrations, which guarantees optimal conservation of the wine by reducing the risk of turbidity. They also ensure a homogeneous air circulation for an efficient ventilation and a stable temperature in the whole cellar.
Hygrometry:
Maintaining a stable hygrometry is essential to obtain an optimal aging of the wine, because it prevents the corks from drying out and altering the quality of the wine: between 50% and 80%.
Quiet and controlled cooling system:
Thanks to its stirred cooling system with compressor, this wine cellar maintains a constant temperature throughout the cellar, avoiding temperature fluctuations that can affect the quality and taste of wine. This system also guarantees a stable humidity that preserves the corks and prevents the oxidation of the wine, and it operates silently thanks to its 37 decibels to ensure optimal conservation of your wine collection.
Enhanced security:
Visual and audible alarms are available directly on the cellar when needed, and can be programmed remotely and in real time via the Vinotag app.
An anti-vibration system is installed in the cellar to protect the contents from unwanted movement. Thanks to the low-e glass gray triple glazed door, lock and built-in UV filter, wine bottles are protected from harmful UV rays, preserving their quality and flavor. There is also a child safety system to lock the control panel.
