Lava stones are used to regulate the hygrometry inside versatile wine cellar models. The natural properties of the lava stone linked to its porosity allow the absorption and the restitution of the residual humidity for a perfect maintenance of the average hygrometry.

They are to be humidified and placed in their box or in the condensate drain in the lower part of the cellar.

The collected devices are handed over to an eco-organization for recycling or recovery.
