What is eco-tax?
Eco-contribution is an environmental fee included in the price of our products. It helps fund the collection, recycling, and recovery of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).
Why does this contribution change?
✔ A positive impact on the environment: by promoting waste management and treatment.
✔ A regulatory requirement: in compliance with European WEEE directives, manufacturers must ensure the responsible end-of-life management of the equipment they place on the market.
✔ Cost transparency: the final price of our products includes the eco-contribution, which is clearly indicated on your invoice.
💡 Did you know? The collected funds are entirely transferred to state-approved eco-organizations to ensure optimal recycling.

Taking back your old appliance
Simplified recycling
When you purchase a new Climadiff appliance, we offer you the opportunity to recycle your old equipment for free upon delivery.
How to benefit from the take-back service?
1️⃣ Select the Take-back of old appliance option when placing your order.
2️⃣ Our delivery team will collect the used appliance upon delivery.
3️⃣ We hand over the collected equipment to specialized eco-organizations for recycling or recovery.
📢 Good to know: The take-back service applies to an equivalent appliance to the one purchased, in accordance with current regulations.
Durability and reparability
We design our products to last over time. Thanks to our partner after-sales service Interfroid Services, you benefit from quick support in case of a breakdown and access to spare parts for 10 years.

The amount is set by approved eco-organisations according to the type and weight of the equipment. It is adjusted periodically in line with regulatory and environmental developments.
Only one equivalent device can be taken back free of charge for each product purchased. Contact us for any specific request.
The equipment is processed in specialised centres, where it is dismantled, recycled or recovered in order to reduce the environmental impact of electronic waste.
